It is a known fact that there is a mutual dependency between the principles of price, quality, and timeframe. But too often this discussion is avoided in a customer relationship, which makes it possible for unmatched expectations of what quality is possible within a certain budget and a specific timeframe.
It is a shared responsibility that there is serious dialogue about this in a customer relationship, so that expectations match on all three parametres.
What are the expectations when it comes to quality, what is the time frame, what is the budget/ressources available? Can the quality be attained within the timeframe and budget – and if not, what can be done to change this, so greater ressources are allocated to complete the task.
Good – Cheap – Fast – good parametres to remember in all customer relationships.
