Sport Event Denmark
Context
Sports Event Denmark was offered the opportunity to be a partnered country at the worlds largest sports event within horse sports, CHIO Aachen. And important opportunity with access to a large and important audience and market. Crone & Co helped to solve the challenge.
Implementation
Crone & Co created the concept EXPERIENCE DENMARK including visual identity. It was important that the event at once was able to address national sponsors and audience while still remaining relevant to an international audience. Supported by official Denmark we managed to gather the necessary funds to create a unique promotion for Danish business, tourism, and culture.
Results
Supported by Sports Event Denmark we handled everything from idea and concept development to planning and implementation.
Over the course of the event, Denmark and all the involved actors were exposed to more than 360.000 visitors including 38.000 spectators at the Danish Opening Ceremony, transmitted live on German TV. A lot of business and political relations were established between Danish and international stakeholders. On top of that, the event generated wide attention in the international press with an approximate value of tens of millions.
